IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent client projects.

You will operate in a client-facing capacity, taking ownership of projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope and aligned to business outcomes.

Typical Projects

You will be delivering a varied portfolio of IT and transformation projects, including:

• Cloud migrations (e.g. Microsoft 365 / Azure environments)
• Modern Workplace and collaboration tool deployments
• Cyber security enhancements and compliance-driven projects
• Infrastructure upgrades (networks, servers, connectivity)
• IT strategy and digital transformation programmes
• Telephony / unified communications rollouts

Projects will vary in size and complexity, often within fast-paced SME environments., * End-to-end project delivery across multiple client engagements

• Define scope, timelines, risks and deliverables
• Manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
• Work closely with technical consultants, engineers and third parties
• Ensure projects align with agreed outcomes and commercial objectives
• Produce project documentation, reports and governance updates
• Identify risks/issues and proactively drive resolution

• Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure and/or cloud projects
• Background in MSP, consultancy or client-facing environments
• Strong knowledge of:
• Cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure)
• Infrastructure & networking
• Cyber security principles
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies

Desirable:

• PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience in digital transformation programmes
