We are working with a leading contractor to recruit an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Construction Manager to join their London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving digital innovation across major, high-profile construction projects, ensuring the successful implementation of cutting-edge technologies and processes., + Lead the digital delivery strategy across multiple construction projects
- Manage and implement BIM processes in line with ISO 19650 standards
- Oversee Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and information management workflows
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure digital compliance
- Provide training and support to internal teams on digital tools and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in digital construction methodologies and technologies
- Ensure data integrity, security, and quality across all project information
- Carry out model coordination, clash detection, and validation using Solibri
Requirements

Proven experience in a Digital Construction, BIM Manager, or similar role

Strong knowledge of BIM standards, particularly ISO 19650

Hands-on experience using Solibri for model checking and coordination

Experience with leading CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex)

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Desirable Skills

Experience with 4D/5D planning tools

Knowledge of digital twins and emerging construction technologies
