Job description
Being the technical expert responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimising Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, driving the automation of identity lifecycle processes, ensuring alignment with global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, GxP, GDPR, NIS2, SOX).
What your responsibilities will be
- Deploy, configure, and maintain IGA platforms (Sailpoint), SSO solutions (Entra ID), PAM tools, and manage non-human identities.
- Oversee the full identity lifecycle: onboarding, provisioning, access reviews, deprovisioning, and recertification.
- Ensure IAM processes and controls meet pharmaceutical regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, GxP, GDPR, NIS2, SOX).
- Lead and manage Digital Identity-related projects, including automation initiatives and integration with HR and business systems.
- Manage outsourcing suppliers and coordinate project delivery within the IAM domain.
- Provide technical expertise during audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to identity, access, and compliance.
- Deliver training and guidance to internal teams on Digital Identity best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications), or similar technical field.
- 5+ years of experience with IAM processes, governance, and identity lifecycle management.
- Advanced skills in IT systems architecture, infrastructure management, and project methodologies.
- If you have official certifications from Microsoft, SailPoint, or CIAM will be highly valued.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal, tailored to technical and business audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global teams.
- You have a high level of English (C1 or equivalent).
