KEY RESPONSABILITES: Design and implement end-to-end network monitoring covering traffic, performance, availability, and service KPIs. Deploy and

evolve network monitoring platforms, including:NetScout for real-time traffic analysis and service performance monitoring (DC Pozuelo & Yécora). SolarWinds as the

strategic platform replacing Entuity for network and infrastructure monitoring.

ThousandEyes for user experience, Internet, SaaS, and cloud path visibility. Cisco DNAC for campus network visibility and assurance. FortiAnalyzer for firewall

analytics, logs, and security-related network visibility. Project Delivery & Migration Participate actively in RFPs, PoCs, and tool selection processes related to network

observability. Lead or support migrations from legacy tools (e.g., Entuity) to modern monitoring platforms. Define monitoring standards, dashboards, alert models, and

service profiles aligned with business-critical services (DNS, DHCP, connectivity, security, etc.).

Integration & Automation Integrate monitoring tools with: ITSM platforms (Jira Service Management) Alerting and on-call tools Collaboration tools

(Microsoft Teams) Contribute to automation of alerts, correlations, and root cause analysis, reducing noise and improving MTTR. Operations & Continuous Improvement
