IT Solution Analyst M365

• You take on responsibility for the support and further development of our M365 environment.
• A key focus is the introduction and continuous support of M365 Copilot and other AI Tools to drive the use of modern AI capabilities within the company.
• You coordinate cross-departmental topics in the M365 environment and ensure that requirements are implemented efficiently.
• In addition, you conduct training sessions for users and IT colleagues to share knowledge and promote the adoption of new technologies.
• Alongside contributing to projects within the department, you take on the role of a 3rd-level support agent and handle complex inquiries that go beyond standard support.

• You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or hold a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience working with M365 as well as in the administration and further development of M365 environments is desirable.
• You bring solid knowledge of AI tools and have experience with M365 Copilot.
• You stand out through a structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
