Job description
As an IT Support Analyst, you'll act as a key point of contact for end users, providing first and second-line support across a wide range of systems and devices. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering a high standard of service and ensuring users are supported effectively day-to-day.
You'll gain hands-on experience across a broad technical environment, supporting everything from user devices to core business applications.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Supporting users with core applications such as Microsoft 365
- Logging and managing incidents through the ticketing system
- Escalating more complex issues to specialist teams where required
- Delivering a professional and user-focused support experience
Requirements
We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in IT and a proactive approach to problem-solving, who is keen to develop their skills in a professional environment.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or support role
- Some exposure to IT support or a Service Desk environment is beneficial
- Basic understanding of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
