Power BI Engineer - 12 months - Hybrid - Netherlands

• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data models that support data driven decision making
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
• Write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction, transformation and validation
• Create efficient data models following best practices for DAX, star schema design and performance optimisation
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines feeding into Power BI
• Ensure governance, security and documentation across all reporting assets
• Troubleshoot data issues and support users in understanding and adopting BI solutions
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts and product teams to deliver end to end reporting solutions
• Stay up to date with Power BI features, new capabilities and industry best practices

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Solid experience designing Power BI reports, dashboards and data models
• Excellent understanding of DAX and data modelling techniques
• Experience working with large or complex datasets
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Strong problem solving abilities and the ability to work independently
