Job description
The ideal candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support and ensure smooth IT operations for end users., * Provide first- and second-level support for end-user technical issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV and IT issues
- Ensure timely communication regarding issue status and resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket documentation for all incidents
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber
- Provide basic macOS support for Apple users
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware
- Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Use diagnostic tools to resolve network and system issues
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience in 1st & 2nd line IT support
- Good knowledge of Windows environments and basic macOS support
- Ability to work independently in an on-site setting
Requirements
- Valid work permit for Austria (mandatory)
- Several years of experience in a similar IT Support role
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in German and English
