AISB-775 Product Owner

Design & Planning Phase

• Define the overall product vision and build the roadmap
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Prioritize features based on business value
• Manage and maintain the Product Backlog
• Ensure alignment among all stakeholders

Project Follow-up

• Ensure product quality and consistency
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, etc.)
• Make decisions regarding product functionalities and arbitrate when needed
• Continuously adjust and refine the backlog based on feedback and priorities

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies
