AISB-778 Project Manager Infrastructure

At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for a Project / Program Manager - Infrastructure to support large-scale transformation initiatives within a dynamic and high-impact environment. As a Project / Program Manager -Infrastructure, you will work closely with senior technology leadership to bring clarity, structure, and efficiency to infrastructure-related initiatives. You will act as a key enabler between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment, transparency, and performance across a complex IT landscape. Your Responsibilities

• Map and analyze all infrastructure-related initiatives (projects, programs, operations)
• Drive and maintain a clear and prioritized roadmap aligned with digital strategy
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to provide clear insights on progress, risks, and opportunities
• Deliver concise executive reports and strategic recommendations
• Analyze existing infrastructure processes (run & build)
• Identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements
• Ensure smooth collaboration across Infrastructure, Security, Data, and other stakeholders
• Act as a bridge with PMO teams and governance bodies
• Structure and prioritize the infrastructure project portfolio
• Identify organizational, operational, and technical risks and define mitigation plans
• Contribute to process standardization (ITIL, DevOps practices)
• Support incident and crisis management when needed
• Translate technology vision into actionable plans
• Provide feedback from operations to continuously refine strategy
• Comprehensive mapping of initiatives and aligned roadmap
• Executive dashboards for KPI and risk monitoring
• Strategic reports and action plans

• Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager in Infrastructure environments
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, and transformation challenges
• Experience with governance, reporting, and stakeholder management at executive level
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, DevOps
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
• High adaptability in fast-evolving environments
