Job description
- Coordinate incident management and ensure SLAs are met.
- Lead change management and user training initiatives effectively., * A customer-oriented corporate culture characterized by the commitment and reliability of employees
- Responsibility for the smooth operation and continuous development of IT services and IT applications
- Incident and problem management: managing disruptions and problems, coordinating troubleshooting, and ensuring SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Change management: planning, controlling, and implementing changes to IT systems to optimize their stability and performance
- Stakeholder management: close collaboration with the Business Application & Service Manager, customers, and external IT service providers
- Responsibility for managing and moderating the daily IT Service Desk meeting
- Ensuring user support as well as designing and conducting training for end users
- Mutual representation with the Business Application & Service Manager
- Planning and executing updates, upgrades, and release management for IT systems and IT applications
Requirements
- Proven IT experience, particularly in applications and services.
- Strong project management skills in IT environments.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders., * Proven practical experience in IT (focus: IT applications and IT services)
- You like to take responsibility, are resilient, motivated, customer-oriented, and appreciate teamwork
- Ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams
- Project management experience in IT, especially in introducing new applications or migrating IT services
- Good knowledge of IT service management processes (according to ITIL or comparable standards)
- Willingness to take on on-call duties for IT services as well as to perform maintenance work outside regular working hours
