As a Front-End Engineer in the Website team, you'll be part of a growing team building and maintaining our modern, modular, and scalable Angular storefront. You are responsible for developing and maintaining the company's website. You will be part of an agile team, striving for multidisciplinary, trust, autonomy, and full ownership of its services. Your responsibilities will vary from simple maintenance tasks to complex projects as well as ensuring delivery of a high-quality product. You will have the chance to work with different technologies and to bring our services to the next level. You will design, build, test, and support our products. Within this team, your actions will have a major impact, and you will also clearly see the result of your work., * Develop, test and support our SAP Spartacus/Composable Storefront B2B e-Commerce website
- Develop User Interfaces: Analyze functional requirements and translate them into clear, technical designs to create interactive website pages
- Ensure Usability & Accessibility: Create intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible website pages.
- Performance Optimization: Improve loading times, responsiveness, and efficiency (e.g., code splitting, lazy loading).
- Architecture: Design scalable frontend systems and manage complex application states.
- Testing: Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for quality assurance.
- Tooling & CI/CD: Work with build tools and deployment pipelines.
- Documenting: Document integration solutions and record best practices, for knowledge to be retained and can be shared.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to deliver new features to our customers
- Support: Provide support for integration incidents and help improve performance where necessary and ensure our services are monitored and always up and running, Software Engineer III Locations Europe Remote status Fully Remote Yearly salary €58,000 - €72,000
Requirements
The Website team within Leaseweb is currently looking for a highly motivated Front-End Engineer who values code quality, performance, accessibility, and testing as much as creating beautiful user experiences. The Leaseweb Website team delivers all functionality related to the company's website, including marketing content pages and product listing pages for the company's e-commerce solution. The team designs, builds and supports the website, as well as any integrations with internal and external services., * At least 5 years software development experience
- Experienced with: Angular, Typescript, Javascript, CSS, HTML, XML, REST, JSON, Spring, having built scalable web solutions using:
- Components, Templates, Services and Dependency Injection, Modules, Routing, NgRx
- Experience with Spartacus/SAP Composable Storefront using
- Commerce Cloud / Hybris, Back Office, Smart Edit, RxJS, Sass
- Knowledge and experience with
- SEO, SQL, SAP ERP and CMS and CRM systems
- Chef or Ansible
- Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines
- Git · Knowledge of programming architectures, software engineering best practices and design patterns
- Strong team player, able to be part and support a culture of trust, autonomy, and collaboration
- Self-motivated and driven by the will to provide excellent services to our customers
- Experience with remote collaboration / working and tools like Zoom, Teams
- Good command of written and spoken English.
