Job description

Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Work with other stakeholders to design and implement new processes that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Testing and Validation: Ensure that SAP systems are working correctly, and business processes are functioning as expected. Test system configurations and validate data to ensure they meet business requirements.

User Training and Support: Provide user training and support to enable key-users to use SAP systems efficiently and train other employees. Create training materials, organize training sessions, and provide second-line support.

Data Management: Ensure that data across SAP systems is complete, consistent, and accurate in coordination with master data. Develop data quality standards, monitor data quality, and collaborate with other stakeholders to resolve data quality issues.

Compliance: Ensure that business processes and SAP systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and monitor processes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements

We are currently looking for a BPO SCM who can further implement and improve our global supply chain operations. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to add value to the organization. Our goal to improve our speed, efficiency and resource use in order to enhance our value proposition and provide reliable services to our customers. You will do this by ensuring data accuracy, providing trainings for our users and support key-users in a way that ensures effective usage of SAP systems., * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field;

  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP systems and business process management, especially in MM/SD/WM modules;
  • You act on several levels of the logistical environment; on planning, capacity and execution;
  • You are able to think and operate in E2E flows;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards;
  • Experience in training and supporting end-users;
  • SAP certification is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from 63115 Euros to 81259 Euros annually (including the holiday allowance), depending on your experience and skills. The final offer is determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as how the offer aligns with internal equity and our established salary framework.
