Job description
As IT Infra Support, you play a crucial role in managing and improving our IT infrastructure. You ensure that on-site hardware and software function flawlessly, and you are the point of contact for end users. Thanks to your experience and proactive approach, you contribute to the optimization of our IT processes and take full responsibility for one or more locations within our organization. You work independently, but also have regular contact with our infrastructure and development team to find solutions together.
After a thorough familiarization period in which you get acquainted with our systems and processes, you will be partly responsible for handling incidents in our ServiceDesk system, accurately maintaining the CMDB and replacing hardware in a timely manner. You will share your insights about new technologies and help users deploy them optimally. In addition, you play an important role in identifying opportunities for improvements and implementing solutions.

Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware, such as computers, scanners, printers, cell phones, VoIP systems and networks;

Managing access rights and user accounts;

Ensure timely replacement of our lease equipment via procedure;

Responsible for asset management (CMDB);

Proactively contribute to improvements within our IT landscape through continuous improvement;

Take responsibility for IT infrastructure at one or more locations within the region;

Support software installations and timekeeping systems;

Record support requests and incidents: document reported issues monitor and track;

Monitoring and completing problems and requests: oversees the resolution of problems received by the IT service desk, escalating as necessary;

Troubleshooting: use diagnostic tools and escalate problems as needed;

General IT service and user support: provide support at all levels, both face-to-face and through various communication channels
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Middle-level professional education?, * Completed IT education at at least MBO level;

At least 5 years of experience within IT support (experience working independently and managing complex systems is a plus);

Independent, responsible and communicatively strong;

Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP;

Experience with Windows 10 & 11 and Office 365 suite and MS Teams;

Experience with Thin Clients and Windows RDP;

A valid drivers license B;

Experience with hardware, software, peripherals, networking (patching) and (mobile) telephony;

Be familiar with IOS/Android technology and mobile apps;
