Job description

To support the smooth running of operational supply chain, production, and transport.

Act as a point of contact for orders and inquiries.

Prompt logging of all stock transactions in Sage, accurately capturing all stock movements at TWS and third-party sites, while maintaining traceability in line with BRC requirements.

Operational Sales Order Processing (SOP).
-
Operational Works Order Processing (WOP).
-
Assist the Operational Planner and Warehouse with stock management.

Operational Admin including checking production documents.
-
Transport booking, tracking, and reporting.
-
Assist with general office duties, e.g., greeting and signing in visitors, covering the phone line, etc.

Scan route sheets to maintain accurate electronic records and support KPI tracking and reporting

Manually process and submit invoices to the relevant customer portals as part of the invoicing process.
Requirements

Problem solver. Can do attitude.

Excellent time management and ability to work both independently and co-operatively as need arises.

Ability to maintain good working relationships with customers, colleagues and service providers through clear communication in an appropriate register.

Attention to detail.

Some experience of SAGE 200 (or comparable ERP system) would be ideal, but not essential as full training will be given.

Effective communication skills across all levels.
