IT Project Manager

As our client continue to scale, they are looking for a detail orientated Project Manager to join their team in Cheltenham. They pride themselves on a collaborative culture and commitment to technical excellence, helping businesses navigate complex digital transformations with ease., As a Project Manager, you will be the central point of coordination for most critical projects. This is a dynamic role where you will sit at the intersection of the technical, delivery and sales teams, ensuring that project goals are aligned with client expectations and commercial objectives., ·Lead and Manage: Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

·Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and providing transparent progress updates.

·Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical specialists, delivery leads and the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from contract to execution.

·Process Optimisation: Utilize Jira and Confluence to maintain project documentation, track sprints, and improve internal workflows.

·Strategic Reporting: Use the Microsoft Suite to generate detailed reports, budget forecasts, and project timelines for executive review.

Our client is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the face-to-face collaboration that comes with an onsite working setup., ·3+ years of Project Management experience specifically within a consultancy or managed services (MSP) setting.

·Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

·Experience working alongside and bridging the gap between technical, delivery and sales teams.

·High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

·Hands-on experience with project management tools, specifically Jira or Confluence

·Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
