Job description
We are seeking a reliable and organised Helpdesk Admin to join our team working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, with occasional weekend working to support events such as football matches and concerts (weekend hours paid as overtime). This temp-to-perm role offers a salary of £32,000 per annum or £15.35 per hour PAYE. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the helpdesk, managing job assignments, logging requests, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external contractors. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment. Flexibility to work occasional weekends is essential to support event operations., Provide administrative support to the helpdesk team Log and allocate jobs accurately using internal systems Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely job completion Support weekend event operations as required Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations
