Coupa Systems Administrator
Location: Ipswich
Working Pattern: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days work from home
Type: Permanent
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Coupa Systems Administrator to manage, support, and enhance the Coupa environment.
This role focuses on Coupa upgrades, releases, system maintenance, and testing, while ensuring stable integrations and optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage frequent Coupa upgrades and quarterly releases, including planning, testing, and deployment
- Perform ongoing system administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Coupa platform
- Monitor system performance, security, and network/integration connectivity
- Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and work closely with Coupa Support and internal IT teams
- Maintain documentation, release notes, and change management processes
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Coupa administration
- Proven experience with Coupa releases, upgrades, and system testing
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
