Job description

  • Lead functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition.
  • Define V&V strategies and lead system/subsystem integration and testing.
  • Apply magnetic analysis, CFD, and FEA.
  • Produce clear technical reports.
  • Support customer engagement and model-based design.
  • Develop and maintain modelling and simulation tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years engineering experience.
  • Expertise in Simulink, V&V, subsystem integration, and technical leadership.
  • Strong hydraulic systems and classical control theory background.
  • Experience with simulation/sizing tools and failure analysis.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Strong planning, customer focus, and relationship-building skills.
  • Servovalve familiarity preferred.

About the company

You'll lead system development from requirements and modelling through validation and testing, using advanced electrohydraulic and electromechanical technologies.
