Job description
- Lead functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition.
- Define V&V strategies and lead system/subsystem integration and testing.
- Apply magnetic analysis, CFD, and FEA.
- Produce clear technical reports.
- Support customer engagement and model-based design.
- Develop and maintain modelling and simulation tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years engineering experience.
- Expertise in Simulink, V&V, subsystem integration, and technical leadership.
- Strong hydraulic systems and classical control theory background.
- Experience with simulation/sizing tools and failure analysis.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink.
- Strong planning, customer focus, and relationship-building skills.
- Servovalve familiarity preferred.
