Job description
We're looking for a hands-on part-time Integration Specialist to strengthen our IT team in Antwerp. If you have experience with system integrations, Azure services, and connecting complex logistics platforms, this role is for you., * Design, build, and maintain integrations across systems such as TMS, WMS, ERP/Finance, CRM, and partner platforms
- Develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, and Service Bus
- Ensure secure and reliable connectivity using OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identities, and RBAC
- Implement resilient integration patterns (retry logic, dead-letter queues, idempotency)
- Deliver B2B/EDI integrations (EDIFACT/X12, XML/JSON/CSV via SFTP/HTTPS) and support partner onboarding
- Monitor integrations using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics
- Manage API lifecycle, documentation, and governance standards
- Apply CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps, including testing and release management
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into integration solutions
- Work with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and SLA compliance
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience in systems integration, preferably with Azure Integration Services
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous messaging
- Experience with JSON, XML, XSD/XSLT, and API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger)
- Familiar with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
- Understanding of security protocols (OAuth 2.0, certificates, identity management)
- Experience with EDI standards (EDIFACT/X12) and AS2/SFTP is a plus
- Strong communication skills to bridge IT and business teams
- Able to work independently and in a collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, technical setting
