Job description
We are looking for a Functional Application Administrator to strengthen our IT Support team. You will ensure the smooth operation of our information systems, with a primary focus on implementing our new internal ERP system and optimizing MS Office 365. You make sure colleagues have access to the right information and functionalities, and you continuously verify that our systems align with business needs. In addition, you collaborate closely with various teams to improve processes and support the IT Support department with daily questions and incidents.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Managing key applications, primarily our new ERP system and MS Office 365 (with possible expansion to Jira, HubSpot, and Exact)
- Identifying user needs and translating them into functional specifications.
- Maintaining application settings, including authorizations, workflows, and templates.
- Setting up dashboards based on user requirements.
- Acting as the first point of contact for users: providing support, instructions, and guidance.
- Serving as a link between users and technical specialists.
- Installing, testing, and monitoring software updates and releases.
- Troubleshooting and tracking user issues.
- Writing user manuals and system documentation.
- Collaborating with support colleagues to resolve system disruptions.

Must-Haves
- MBO/HBO degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience implementing an ERP system.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 and Windows.
- Experience with IT security.
- Experience coordinating software integrations and system links.
- Knowledge of BiSL, Prince2, or ITIL.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
