Job description
Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of New Hire and On-going Training., Conducts ISO-9001:2015 Audits and documents/publishes finding as outlined in Principle's audit schedule., * Onboarding of new employees Coordinate set up IT Equipment (Phone/Computer) and logins

Employee Orientation (Training) of core systems and processes

Facilitate training as outlined for the specific role.

Maintain training records & document register

Creates and update training documents as required

Work in conjunction with the ISO Manager on conducting audits Make recommendations for improvements

Follow-up on any non-conformances

Lead Root Cause Analysis meetings and close out actions

Provides weekly/monthly audit reports based on client requirements

Establishes new customers and suppliers in SAP B-1 System
-
Primary person responsible for monthly communications to US office regarding events, training, etc.

Publishing weekly/monthly reporting on system data and anomalies

Assists/backup with Web Portal Help Desk tickets and testing, * Provide customer support of software applications via help desk tickets, * Provide end-user support for various systems, troubleshooting issues related to our software

Analyse existing systems to identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Create and maintain documentation for system processes, procedures, and user guides to facilitate training and support.

Assist in the implementation of new systems and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes that meet business needs.

Conduct training sessions for users to ensure they are proficient in using the systems and understand best practices.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred

Training experience required

ISO-9001:2015 Certification preferred

SAP-B1 Experience preferred

Must have personal computer skills (experience with Microsoft Excel is required).

Strong organizational skills, flexibility to multi-task and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Must provide strong leadership, written and oral communications, problem solving, and team skills., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in project management or other people/asset management.

Proficient in SQL Server for report writing functions.

Proficient in Excel.

Experience with QuickSuite and SharePoint is a major plus.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
