Job description
We're seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Systems Analyst to partner with teams across Accounting, Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. You'll play a key role in shaping functional requirements, improving processes, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) applications.
This role will be focusing on support, optimisation and enhancements of the Oracle SCM systems. Candidates must have right to work in the EU as sponsorship cannot be provided.
What You'll Do
Lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, go-live, and user training.
Work across core Oracle modules including Order Management, Inventory, Receivables, Shipping, Advanced Pricing, EDI, Vertex, and Intercompany flows.
Support planning, scheduling, replenishment, purchasing, serial transactions, consigned inventory, and integrations with external/third-party systems.
Write functional designs, guide technical teams, and support custom reports, interfaces, and extensions.
Drive test planning and execution; provide day-to-day application troubleshooting.
Partner with business users to identify improvements and implement process enhancements.
Participate in an on-call rotation and collaborate across global time zones.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years as a Business or Systems Analyst working with Oracle Supply Chain applications.
Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (required).
Strong understanding of operational processes across customer service, warehouse, shipping, and supply chain.
Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
SQL/PLSQL and EDI experience (preferred).
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
