Job description
A Global HRIS Team Lead is sought to lead a heavily integrated Workday HR technology function during a period of continued growth and increasing complexity.
The successful candidate will lead a growing global team, providing team, functional and technology leadership.
In addition to ensuring HR environment is stable, scalable, and well-governed, the role will have scope to to innovate, harness the latest in technology / Ai and set new standards in employee experience.
It is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys developing people, improving systems, and making thoughtful decisions in a fast-moving environment.
This position offers significant scope to influence strategy and direction, as well as partner closely with senior HR, IT, and analytics stakeholders. It also provides strong career development opportunities for someone looking to progress into broader HR technology leadership or global transformation roles.
Requirements
6+ years' progressive HRIS experience, including 5+ years with Workday
Proven leadership of technical teams in a global or multi-region context
Hands-on Workday configuration across Core HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking and Talent & Performance
Experience with other HR systems, platforms and integrations is essential.
Strong capability in prioritisation, delivery, and agile or sprint-based environments
An understanding of HR data, reporting, governance, and data quality
