Job description

As a Reliability Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind improving asset performance and reducing downtime across a fast-paced production environment. You'll:

  • Lead root cause analysis on recurring and critical equipment failures
  • Develop and implement reliability strategies (RCM, FMEA, condition-based maintenance)
  • Analyse trends and data to proactively prevent breakdowns
  • Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to embed best practices
  • Support continuous improvement projects and drive long-term asset reliability

Requirements

  • Proven experience in either a reliability, maintenance, or asset-focused engineering role
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
  • Experience within either manufacturing, FMCG, or process environments
  • Knowledge of reliability tools and methodologies (RCA, FMEA, CMMS systems)
  • Ability to influence teams and drive change on-site
