In this role, you will support users of SAP and related systems, ensuring they have the right access to perform their jobs effectively. Role Responsibilities
As a Functional Support Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining standards for SAP roles and user management processes.
- Providing responsive support to SAP users, resolving access-related queries and issues.
- Supporting system upgrades, testing, and implementing new features or modules.
- Safeguarding correct access provision for SAP system users, including third-party partners.
- Collaborating with team members to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in SAP user management and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ICT and familiarity with SAP systems.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards.
