IT Support Technician, Ops Tech Solutions (OTS)

• Support local users by installing, supporting and fixing issues on the IT infrastructure, end-user devices and applications
• Manage tickets, providing both first and second-line support
• Provide proactive maintenance to maximise the availability of all IT equipment
• Implement projects and deliver innovations together with other IT Service colleagues

• Relevant experience of using hardware and software including Microsoft Office or Windows in an IT role
• Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
• A valid driving licence

• A degree in Computer Science or another technical field
• Experience in networking infrastructure
• Experience in improving existing processes and procedures
• Experience in developing clear and concise documentation
