Due to the sensitive nature of this role, you may be required to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance ( . An allowance of £5k per annum may be payable monthly while you hold this DV and continue to work in a role that requires that level of security clearance. The terms of this allowance will be made available if you are successful in being recruited into this role. - We are looking for a security focused Infrastructure Engineer to support and develop critical, largescale onprem Cybersecurity platforms within our Cyber Processing & Data Science capability area.
- In this role, you'll use your expertise to embed security controls into our architectures, processes and ways of working, ensuring alignment with industry best practice. You'll work closely within a multidisciplined engineering team to meet the needs of both internal and external customers. You will demonstrate technical leadership through the quality of your work, whilst also supporting others through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
This role requires 5 days a week onsite. Mon - Fri 37.5 hours per week. DV Security Clearance is required. Must have lived in the UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance. What you'll be doing

Drive improvement in the Platform's security posture, ensuring that security controls are embedded as early as possible

Take ownership of complex technical deliveries, being confident with ambiguous high-level problem statements

Be a practitioner and advocate in the use of DevSecOps technologies, tools, and practices.
