Job description

As a Forward Deployed AI Implementation Engineer within our Automations team, you will work on-site and remotely alongside client teams to architect, configure, and embed AI-powered workflows into their core operations.

What you will do:

  • Lead end-to-end technical deployment of AI automation solutions across a portfolio of client environments
  • Conduct structured discovery workshops with client stakeholders to map workflows and identify automation opportunities
  • Architect and build bespoke AI pipelines using Coaley Peak's proprietary engine stack and LLM integrations (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini)
  • Provide hands-on implementation support during go-live periods, including planned on-site client presence
  • Write clear technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials for non-technical client teams
  • Monitor deployed solutions post-launch; iterate based on performance data and client feedback
  • Support the commercial team in pre-sales: technical scoping, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concept builds
  • Ensure all deployed solutions comply with UK GDPR, DPA 2018, and client-specific security requirements

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript

  • Hands-on experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or similar)
  • Demonstrable experience building workflow automation systems (n8n, Make, Zapier, Temporal, or similar)
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills

Salary of £55,000 to £80,000 per annum (DOE), reviewed annually
