Job description

  • Map and analyze the complete user journey from acquisition to reactivation.
  • Identify high-value segments and behavioral patterns using cohort analyses.
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations for product and growth.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking activation, retention, and engagement.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize user experience.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to feed insights into personalization.
  • Present analyses and insights to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.

Requirements

A leading analytics firm is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Product Analytics) to understand the end-to-end user journey. This fully remote role in Spain involves analyzing behavioral patterns and providing actionable recommendations to enhance engagement and retention. Collaborating with product and data science teams, the analyst will design experiments and track key performance indicators. Strong SQL skills and experience with behavioral analytics tools are essential, alongside a solid grasp of user journey analysis and A/B testing., * Advanced SQL skills for large-scale data warehouses including window functions and sessionization.

  • Strong hands-on experience with behavioral analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
  • Deep understanding of user journey analysis and segmentation.
  • Experience defining actionable insights and translating them into recommendations.
  • Solid grasp of A/B testing methodology and statistical best practices.
  • Strong storytelling skills for communicating analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ownership of analytical projects from problem definition to actionable insight.
  • English fluency in a multicultural, fully remote team.
