Job description
I'm currently partnering with a leading Not-for-Profit / Charity to recruit a User Experience (UX) Designer on a 24-month FTC within a collaborative digital team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape impactful digital experiences across projects spanning fundraising, online collections, and immersive digital initiatives.
You'll play a key role across the full product lifecycle-from discovery through to delivery-ensuring user needs are at the heart of every decision., * Lead user research, testing, and insight gathering to inform design decisions
- Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
- Drive data-led UX improvements, including CRO and A/B testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, content, development)
- Champion a user-centred, iterative design approach across the organisation
Requirements
- Strong experience in UX design, research, and optimisation
- Confidence working with both qualitative and quantitative data
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and experimentation tools
