You'll support organisations from initial solution design through to full adoption, ensuring they not only transition smoothly to the cloud but also fully leverage modern workplace technologies. Working with a creative and passionate team, you'll deliver impactful change programmes across platforms like Office 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft Teams. As part of a leading Microsoft Gold Partner, you will play a crucial role in transforming day-to-day working experiences for employees. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Change and Adoption programmes, from pre-sales through to delivery and embedding. Design and implement change management strategies aligned to client objectives. Shape and support pre-sales activity, including proposals, pitches and client workshops. Develop impactful communications and training strategies to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies. Build and manage

Support and mentor junior consultants within the Change and Adoption practice. Champion the WM Reply brand through business development and thought leadership activity. Share best practice in Change Management across the wider consultancy. About the Candidate: Degree qualified (2:1 or above) or equivalent professional experience. Significant experience delivering Change and Adoption initiatives within enterprise environments. Proven experience leading Microsoft 365 (Office 365) change programmes end-to-end. Commercial awareness, with experience contributing to proposals, pre-sales and business development activity. The ability to write clear communications, create compelling presentations and deliver engaging Change and Adoption campaigns. Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable working with senior leaders and diverse global teams. Experience delivering technology-led change, ideally across Microsoft 365, SharePoint or related platforms. An understanding of Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR (or similar frameworks).
