Job description

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading global professional services firm, who are seeking to appoint an experienced ServiceNow HRIS Manager on a full-time permanent basis within their growing Technology & Transformation practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR technology professional with strong ServiceNow HRIS experience to join a high-performing team, delivering cutting-edge employee experience solutions across a wide range of industries. The role The successful HRIS Manager will play a key role in leading the design and delivery of HR technology solutions, working closely with clients to transform their HR processes through the effective use of ServiceNow. You will be responsible for managing project workstreams, gathering and translating business requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions that enhance the employee experience. This role will involve working across a variety of projects, from standalone ServiceNow implementations to large-scale transformation programmes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to scope solutions, run workshops, and produce high-quality deliverables, while also supporting on bids and business development activities as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow. The role will also involve mentoring and developing junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the forefront of HR technology, with clear opportunities for career progression and exposure to innovative, large-scale transformation programmes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working on ServiceNow HR implementations

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they integrate with technology solutions

  • Experience delivering HRIS/HRMS systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors)

  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risk and deliver under pressure

  • Experience gathering requirements, running workshops, and translating business needs into user stories

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience working within Agile or programme management delivery frameworks

  • Commercial awareness, with exposure to bids or business development activities

  • Experience working across multiple geographies or large-scale programmes is desirable
