Job description
- This Data Analyst / Systems Analyst will help to build out the data behind a new system so it can accurately manage components, inventory, and production schedules.
- You will work with large volumes of product and component data, and ensure that e.g. stock control data is accurate.
- This role will involve structuring data, importing information (often via Excel), creating and updating system records, and testing/validating that the system produces accurate outputs.
- You will work closely with a small technical team, and your role will have a wide impact across the business.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and highly methodical working style
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- Experience working with large data-sets
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with MRP, ERP, or stock control systems would be preferable
- Experience with Sage 200 or similar systems would be advantageous
- Analytical mindset with an interest in data and systems
