Senior Analytics Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and autonomous Analytics Engineer to take charge of a strategic scope - be it Sales, Customer Success, product analytics, or marketing. This is a great opportunity to have a direct impact on our activities while exploring strategic areas for the company.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills across these verticals, with proficiency in SQL, DBT and a solid understanding of modeling best practices. The goal is to provide full ownership of the data-related scope, enabling you to drive initiatives and deliver impactful results. Our data team is laying the foundations of a modern stack (dbt Core, Databricks) and integrating AI into its workflows (self-serve internal chatbot, predictive models on our customer base…). The Senior AE joining us will not only own robust data models, but will be an active contributor to these AI initiatives. What will be your impact: Partnering with business stakeholders to prioritize data needs and translate them into actionable data products Owning data quality standards, validation frameworks, and documentation to ensure trust in the data Gathering all necessary data to address current and future challenges Building robust data models that ensure flexibility for all existing and future needs Delivering actionable insights and solutions that directly influence business strategy and operational efficiency Mentoring junior team members (code reviews, pairing sessions, design reviews)

You would be great fit if you have: Have +4 years of experience as an analytics engineer Have high proficiency in SQL and DBT Thrive in a fast-pace environment Experience with Data modeling and a visualization tool Experience with Orchestration tools (Airflow or other) Experience with GitHub/GitLab Previous experience in mentoring more junior Analytics Engineers

Nice to have: Proficiency with Databricks Proficiency in Python Experience in a scale up company
