Job description

This is a hands-on but strategic role, combining content creation with ownership of VSM's overall marketing activity and the development of our SaaS product.

You will be responsible for developing, executing and continuously improving marketing campaigns and schedules, creating engaging content, and managing digital platforms to ensure consistent brand visibility., * Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Taking ownership of VSM's brand presence and ensuring consistency across all channels
  • Managing and growing VSM's presence on LinkedIn
  • Creating engaging content for Linkedin, website, email campaigns and case studies
  • Planning and executing PR activity, including press releases and industry exposure
  • Maintaining and improving website performance through SEO best practices
  • Running and monitoring paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Linkedin)
  • Analysing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Managing email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Growing and maintaining VSM's marketing database
  • Ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels
  • Organising and managing marketing activities, campaigns, and content schedules

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing SaaS, digital platforms, or technology-based solutions
  • Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver marketing campaigns
  • Strong content creation skills (written and visual) across multiple channels
  • Graphic design knowhow and experience with design and content creation platforms such as Canva
  • Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp or similar)
  • Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads and/or social media ads)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset, * Experience marketing in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment
  • Knowledge of AI content tools (e.g. image or video generation such as Luma or similar)
  • Experience with CRM systems and database management
  • Video creation/editing skills
  • Understanding of lead generation strategies in a B2B setting
  • Experience with PR and media outreach

Benefits & conditions

  • Competitive salary (£30,000 - £35,000)
  • Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days remote)
  • Schedule: Business hours are Mon-Fri, 08:00 - 16:30, but flexibility will be considered for this role

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
