Systems Administrator £350 to £430 Per Day, Inside IR35 Cardiff Hybrid 12-Month Contract

Your new company A large organisation based across South Wales

Your new role As the Systems Administrator, you'll strengthen the cybersecurity compliance within its OT environment. This role will drive the secure configuration and operation of critical technology systems, support Active Directory integrations, and lead the ongoing implementation of security technologies already in progress.

Supporting the Cyber Programme activities to achieve E-CAF supporting infrastructure changes including Windows Servers, Linux Servers, SQL databases, Cisco Routers, Application Software, Wide Area Network services and key data centres.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong IT systems knowledge, including:
  • Linux
  • Windows Server
  • SQL Server
  • Cisco Routers and Switches
  • Satellite, GSM and TCP/IP communications
  • System administration and software management/control
  • Experience working within a regulated environment, with particular benefit from knowledge of NIS-CAF
  • Knowledge of the design and operation of automatic process control systems, including Telemetry, PLC, and SCADA-operated systems
  • Knowledge of Telemetry Outstation products and full familiarity with their programming tools
  • Proven experience managing multiple project requirements simultaneously while maintaining consistency and standardisation in service delivery
  • Experience managing and configuring Active Directory
  • Full current driving licence
