IT Project Manager Consultant

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an IT Project Manager. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic client environments, delivering value through your expertise and embodying our core values in every engagement., * Act as the Initiative Owner of IT Production initiatives or support the business Initiative Owner to ensure successful delivery, managing conflicts related to prioritization, budget, value for money, and scope.

• Monitor and control the progress of feature delivery related to the initiative, ensuring expected results are achieved.
• Collect feature status information from Feature Delivery Owners and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Organize required ceremonies and identify, log, and facilitate the resolution of impediments at initiative, opus, or feature level.
• Create a safe and trusting environment to simplify discussions, decisions, and conflict resolution.
• Facilitate communication and information flow with internal and external stakeholders, protect the team from unexpected workloads, and align with management.
• Contribute to Scrum of Scrums and Quarterly Agile Planning.
• Bridge business stakeholders and IT suppliers, challenging both to ensure optimal solutions in terms of cost, quality, and budget.
• Report to the Chapter Lead of IT Transversal Roles., * As a consultant, you will work on-site at leading organizations, tackling diverse challenges across various client environments.

• Master's degree or equivalent by experience, with at least 5 years of strong experience in a similar function.
• At least 6 years of experience in a similar function and a professional experience of at least 10 years.
• Ability to understand technical and complex infrastructure architecture design documents.
• Knowledge of infrastructure migration projects is preferable.
• Experience in the banking sector and ability to work in Agile Way Of Working is preferable.

Languages:

• Fluent in French or Dutch, with good command of English.
