Job description
The successful applicant for the Desktop Engineer vacancy will be responsible for ongoing BAU support for IT Desktop systems, both hardware and software.
Requirements
This is a fully on site role. Excellent communication and customer skills are essential.
A background in hands-on 1st and 2nd line desktop support is essential.
Skills & experience required: -
- Managing and configuring Windows OS and software applications
- Win 11
- Print server admin
- Familiarity with network protocols, security concepts, and system administration.
- Experience working with Active Directory
