Job description
As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day
operations. You will be the first point of contact for technical support and the key person
responsible for delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. This is
an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build strong Microsoft 365 expertise
and progress toward a senior technical role.
You will work closely with senior team members to support internal users, maintain
systems, and contribute to a scalable, cloud-first IT environment., Helpdesk & Support
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests via the ITSM platform
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across hardware, software, and cloud
applications
- Escalate complex issues where necessary
- Provide day-to-day support for internal tools and systems
Access & Identity Management
- Support Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes end-to-end
- Manage account provisioning, licensing, and permissions Maintain role-based access controls following least-privilege principles
- Support SSO provisioning within approved configurations
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Perform routine administration tasks (password resets, MFA, licences, group
management)
- Support users across Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint,
OneDrive, and Exchange
- Assist with basic mailbox and collaboration platform configurations
Requirements
- Strong interest in IT and technology, with a desire to grow in a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint,
- OneDrive)
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Organised and process-driven mindset
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (experience preferred but not essential) Understanding of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO standards) isadvantageous
- Experience supporting macOS environments is desirable
- Knowledge of collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., project management
- and knowledge base platforms) is a plus
