Job description

As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day

operations. You will be the first point of contact for technical support and the key person

responsible for delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. This is

an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build strong Microsoft 365 expertise

and progress toward a senior technical role.

You will work closely with senior team members to support internal users, maintain

systems, and contribute to a scalable, cloud-first IT environment., Helpdesk & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests via the ITSM platform
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across hardware, software, and cloud

applications

  • Escalate complex issues where necessary
  • Provide day-to-day support for internal tools and systems

Access & Identity Management

  • Support Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes end-to-end
  • Manage account provisioning, licensing, and permissions Maintain role-based access controls following least-privilege principles
  • Support SSO provisioning within approved configurations

Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Perform routine administration tasks (password resets, MFA, licences, group

management)

  • Support users across Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint,

OneDrive, and Exchange

  • Assist with basic mailbox and collaboration platform configurations

Requirements

  • Strong interest in IT and technology, with a desire to grow in a SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint,
  • OneDrive)
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Organised and process-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (experience preferred but not essential) Understanding of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO standards) isadvantageous
  • Experience supporting macOS environments is desirable
  • Knowledge of collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., project management
  • and knowledge base platforms) is a plus
