Network Solution Architect

• Demonstrable experience of previous Pre-Sales / Solutions Architecture\r\n
• Strong examples of solution design and documentation.\r\n
• Proficient in LAN, WAN, and Data Centre infrastructure, including technologies such as Switching, Routing, SD-WAN, SASE, WLAN, and SDN.\r\n
• Strong experience with edge security appliances (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DDoS), web application gateways, and load balancers.\r\n

Paying up to \u00a385,000, depending on experience.\n\n \r\n

Opportunity to join a sizeable, well-established and rapidly expanding ISP as a Solution Architect.\n\nThe business provides IT services and solutions into Mid-Market, Enterprise scale businesses across voice, networks, connectivity, cloud and more. \r\n

You will focus primarily on WAN technologies (MPLS/WAN/SD-WAN), Data Centre Infrastructure and Network Security (Fortinet/Juniper/Cisco tech stack) \r\n

Working within a busy Pre-Sales team as a Network focused Solution Architect you will work to support the sales process, supporting sales and professional services teams by identifying customer technical and business requirements, designing and documenting recommended value-focused solutions. \r\n

Responsibilities will include: \r\n \r\n

• Acting as the Technical lead on RFP's and bid reviews\r\n
• Promoting the benefits and values of technical design features, mapping technical designs into business outcomes\r\n
• Support Sales and Account Management teams as a Technical Consultant\r\n
• Meet prospective and existing customers, to determine business and technical requirements\r\n
• Produce and present Technical Solutions and supporting documentation, both high-level and low-level (Network Diagrams etc)\r\n
• Effectively hand-over solutions and support delivery and operational teams\r\n
• Support Product Management teams to provide input around product development\r\n
