Infrastructure Lead - Central London - Windows Server/AD/Azure/Intune

We are looking for a strong all-round Infrastructure Lead to take ownership of a hybrid environment, delivering and leading key migration, upgrade, and transformation projects.

You'll play a key role in designing and delivering Azure migrations, including tenant design, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and hybrid architecture, while also leading on Microsoft 365 strategy, migrations, and optimisation.

• Strong experience with Windows Server & On-Prem Active Directory
• Proven experience in designing and delivering Azure migrations
• Experience with Azure tenant design & tenant-to-tenant migrations
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud & Hybrid environments
• Strong experience across the Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
• Experience leading M365 migrations and tenant consolidations
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), identity & access management
• Experience leading large-scale migration and upgrade projects
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience highly desirable
• Solid networking experience
• Ability to act as a technical lead and escalation point
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
