Job description
- Support the design and implementation of content strategy to ensure clients' business requirements are met
- Drive Government Digital Service and WCAG Accessibility standards
- Create and iterate content for end-to-end services
- Advise and support content design colleagues and other members of Agile teams
- Use insights from user research and metrics to shape content strategy
- Be an expert in Agile delivery
- Run workshops with your team and stakeholders
- Advocate user-centred design
Requirements
- You will have exemplary content design skills and experience of establishing content strategy and content design patterns.
- Experience working to GDS standards is a must
- Expertise in creating content based on evidenced user needs.
- Experienced in championing user centred design principles
- Mentor or lead design teams
