Job description

  • Support the design and implementation of content strategy to ensure clients' business requirements are met
  • Drive Government Digital Service and WCAG Accessibility standards
  • Create and iterate content for end-to-end services
  • Advise and support content design colleagues and other members of Agile teams
  • Use insights from user research and metrics to shape content strategy
  • Be an expert in Agile delivery
  • Run workshops with your team and stakeholders
  • Advocate user-centred design

Requirements

  • You will have exemplary content design skills and experience of establishing content strategy and content design patterns.
  • Experience working to GDS standards is a must
  • Expertise in creating content based on evidenced user needs.
  • Experienced in championing user centred design principles
  • Mentor or lead design teams
