Content Designer

Work with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate

Collaborate with designers, researchers, developers, and other teams

Understand user journeys and improve them through effective UX writing

Present your work to internal teams and clients

Continuously improve content using feedback, analytics, and best practices

Ensure all content meets accessibility, legal, and regulatory standards

Experience in a UX Writing or Content Design role, using user-centred design principles

Familiarity with Government Digital Service (GDS) design principles

A strong advocate for user-centred design

Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with tone of voice guidelines, design patterns, and style guides

Salary from £38,000 to £55,000
