Job description
Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They're among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.
We're looking for a Technology Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence. You'll take an analytical approach to develop sustainable growth strategies that align with technology and operational risk frameworks and take our risk management procedures to the next level.

What you'll be doing
- Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing ICT and other operational risks
- Designing, implementing, and testing ICT controls
- Developing and testing key procedures
- Creating and reviewing key risk indicators for ICT processes
- Registering risk events, managing, and delivering risk incident reports
- Planning and executing operational resilience tests
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, * A 2:1 degree from a top university
- 4+ years of experience in IT operational risk management within financial services
- Expertise in risk, compliance, and IT operations
- Advanced knowledge of risk practices, frameworks, and tools (ERM)
- The ability to deliver localised IT policies to meet regulatory standards
- The ability to align plans with business goals and set measurable metrics
- An analytical mindset with great stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with operational risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing)
- Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data
- A solid track record of achievement, having won competition awards (can be any of academic, professional, and/or sport)

- Proficiency in SQL
