Job description
- Provide fast, accurate support via Slack, chat, and email to resolve technical challenges
- Diagnose complex problems and collaborate with R&D/Product teams on escalations
- Build trusted relationships while educating customers on features and best practices
- Document solutions, maintain support records, and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Stay at the forefront of cloud security through continuous training and development
- Champion customer satisfaction, ensuring issues are resolved with precision and care

Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in roles such as Technical Support, Technical Account Manager, or Escalation Engineer (not internal IT)

- Familiarity with OpenSearch, Grafana, and related troubleshooting tools
- A background in cybersecurity, especially within cloud environments
