Job description

  • Architecture Design
  • Own the end-to-end technical architecture of ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules
  • Design scalable secure and reusable platform solutions aligned with ServiceNow OOTB capabilities and architectural best practices
  • Define technical standards design patterns and governance models for the platform
  • Lead solution design for complex integrations workflows automations and custom applications
  • Client Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work onsite with customer stakeholders to understand business processes and technical requirements
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client
  • Translate business needs into technical designs and clearly communicate architectural decisions
  • Provide technical leadership during workshops design reviews and steering committee meetings
  • Implementation Delivery Oversight
  • Guide development teams on implementation approaches code quality performance and security
  • Review and approve technical designs scripts integrations update sets and scoped applications
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices upgrade safe customizations and platform standards
  • Support data migration CMDB design CSDM adoption and service modelling initiatives
  • Governance Risk Quality
  • Identify technical risks and proactively define mitigation plans
  • Ensure proper documentation including HLD LLD integration diagrams and deployment guides
  • Support golive readiness cutover planning and handover to operations
  • Provide architectural inputs during upgrades patches and platform enhancements
  • Mentorship Enablement
  • Mentor developers and technical leads on ServiceNow architecture and advanced development
  • Enable customer and internal teams through knowledge transfer and best practice guidance
  • Support presales activities technical proposals and solution estimations as needed

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Platform Architecture
  • Experience across modules such as

ITSM ITOM CMDB CSDM

HRSD CSM SecOps

  • Advanced scripting skills JavaScript Glide APIs Script Includes
  • Strong knowledge of Integrations REST SOAP MID Server LDAP Azure AD
  • Flow Designer ATF ACLs UI Policies Client Scripts

  • Upgrade strategy performance optimization and platform security

Certifications Required Preferred

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA Mandatory
  • One or more CIS certifications ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM etc
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect CTA Preferred Aspiration
  • ITIL Foundation Preferred, * 8-12 years of overall IT experience
  • 5 years of ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience
  • Prior experience in onsite client facing roles
  • Strong experience handling enterprise scale ServiceNow programs
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills
