SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals On behalf of our global client, we're currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Role: SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Start : ASAP Location : Remote Language : English Duration : 6 months + extension We are looking for a consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Master level) and Performance & Goals to support the ongoing evolution of HR systems. You will ensure alignment with business needs, lead process analysis, and implement improvements to enhance end-to-end HR performance. Responsibilities Provide evolutionary support for Employee Central and Performance & Goals. Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements. Implement SuccessFactors configurations for process enhancement and change management. Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate across multiple teams. Contribute to solution design and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements 4+ years of experience with SuccessFactors EC and Performance & Goals. Master proficiency in Employee Central; expert level recommended for Performance & Goals. Strong understanding of HR processes and system configuration.
