Job description

Provide client & business support, acting as the technical point of contact for client integrations and provide expert input for public tenders and service proposals. Support on the technical integration of our different business units, managing services migrations and establishing unified institutional standards. Oversee the deployment and standardization of corporate hardware and software across all sites, according to our group policies. Provide remote and hands-on support for end-user hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals), resolving helpdesk tickets in a timely manner. Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and user accounts. Manage local device inventory. Provide support during the onboarding process. Manage and troubleshoot basic Local Area Network (LAN/Wi-Fi) issues, including connectivity problems, patching, and assisting with switch/router configurations. Support and maintain audio-visual (AV) equipment in meeting rooms Support and maintain access management. Create and update technical documentation and user guides for common issues and procedures. Manage incidents and requests related to the organization's IT systems, applications, and tools, as well as communication and equipment. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT-related projects, communicate status and updates to employees as part of a broader project team, and manage their IT needs.Requirements

Experience 3-5 years in a similar position and within the same industry (genetics or healthcare). Spanish and English (C1 level).
