Job description
You will join the Payment & Account Analytics team whose role is to provide business insights to 3 different teams : Payment which is in charge of providing the best payment experience to our customers, Fraud team which is in charge of detecting fraudsters as accurately as possible and Account which is in charge of optimizing the life cycle management of all Betclic accounts.
Your mission will be :
- Partner with product directors and business leaders to deeply understand their challenges and help them drive their activity
- Deliver insightful analysis with convincing and actionable recommendations that will impact the product quickly
- Identify high value added opportunities to unlock business potential
- Develop decision making tools in a privacy first environment
Some examples of recent analysis:
- How to improve the payment experience at Betclic?
- How can we optimize our players' reinvestment?
- How to effectively detect identity and payment fraud?
- How to fight against money laundering?
Requirements
- You have a master degree in statistics / data analytics
- You have at least 3 years of Data Analytics experience where you have provided relevant recommendations data based
- You can manage a project by yourself
- You are "business minded" - you are able to make actionable and impactful recommendations
- You have a good analytical mindset, are rigorous, and synthetical
- You have great communication and presentation skills
- You are proactive and can be autonomous in manipulating data (SQL is mandatory)
- You are familiar with at least one Data visualization tool
- You want to grow and keep learning
- You are agile and able to adapt to a fast pace environment

- You are aware of Git & versioning concepts
- You are keen on empowering gamblers to bet responsibly
Benefits & conditions
- You will then have one week to complete an analytical Use Case and an AssessFirst test (personality, motivations, and reasoning)
- After that, you will visit us in our offices to present your Use Case and meet Xavier - Senior Data Analytics Manager (your future manager) and a business stakeholder
- During your visit to Bordeaux, you will also have a final HR interview, including a debrief on your AssessFirst test
